CHEST: Surround your body with the measuring tape around the most prominent area of your chest.
WAIST: Surround your body with the tape measure by the narrowest area of your stomach, that one between your chest and your navel.
HIPS: Surround your body with the tape measure by the most protruding area of your thighs.
